I believe this to be Sarah, living as the niece of Henry Whittle and his wife, Sarah, in Garston Village.
Sarah Whittle - see below - age 50, born Garston.
Ann Ellis, (stepdaughter), age 19, servant, born Garston.
John Ellis, (stepson), age 17, servant, born Garston.
Sarah Webb, (niece ), age 13, servant, born Garston.

Thomas Baxendale, (lodger), age 18, dock lab, born Toxteth Park.
Simon Lumpson?? (lodger), age 25, dock lab, born Woolton.
Sarah Whittle was born in on 26th May 1800 as Sarah Webb, daughter of Samuel Webb and Ann Yarwood, therefore sister of Richard Webb, thus making her 'young' Sarah Webb's aunt as implied on the 1851 census record.
She first married Thomas Ellis in Childwall on 14th July 1823 and produced four (known) children: Catherine (1824), Anne (1832), Samuel (1828) and John (1834), all baptised at St Michael, Garston.
Sadly, Thomas Ellis died and was buried in Garston on 17th June 1835. Sarah was remarried, to Joseph Scarisbrick, on 7th June 1836 at St Peters, Liverpool.
Joseph Scarisbrick was publican of the Blackhorse in Garston. He and Sarah are found on the 1841 census, together with her father, Samuel and her children Catherine, Anne and John.
Widowed again, she married Henry Whittle, labourer, of Norfolk Street, son of Richard Whittle, labourer, on 14th April 1846 at St Nicholas, Liverpool. The marriage register confirms that her father was Samuel Webb, labourer.
Henry Whittle died in August 1857, and was buried in Toxteth aged 39, a labourer from Grafton Street.
Following Henry's death, Sarah applied for parish relief in Toxteth Park but was told to go back to Garston. (Liverpool Mercury 20 May 1858)
By 1861 she was staying in Speke Road, Garston, with her son, John Ellis and his wife Mary and their 9 month old son, Thomas.
By 1871 she was with her sister, Mary, and husband, Robert Hornby, in Quarry Street, Much Woolton. She was still there in 1881.
Sarah Whittle, née Webb, died in 1886, age stated as 89, GRO Ref: West Derby 8b 366.
